Hi everyone, I’m the developer of Focus Ninja.
Like many people, I’ve felt how much smartphones have changed our lives. Over the years, my attention slowly shifted toward endless information, short videos, instant entertainment, and constantly consuming other people’s thoughts.
Then one day I looked back and asked myself: What am I actually creating? Am I spending my time on things I truly care about?
The answer was no.
I wanted to build something that helped people step away from the endless dopamine loop and the attention economy designed to keep us scrolling. Not because technology is bad, but because our attention is one of the most valuable things we have.
Focus Ninja is my first step toward that goal.
Traditional focus timers usually give you a countdown and a simple reward or punishment. But I always felt something was missing: a reason to come back every day.
So I built a focus experience driven by story. Your ninja grows with every focused session. You unlock journeys, wisdom, and moments of reflection while building a healthier relationship with your phone.
My hope is that one day, you won’t need an app to remind you to focus. You’ll naturally choose to put down your phone, read a book, enjoy nature, spend time with people you love, and feel comfortable with the quiet moments of life again.
