Flexito is a free web app for daily stretching and mobility.
Flexito offers short, effective stretching sessions to help you relieve stiffness and reset after a long day. It's perfect for folks who sit too long in their chairs during work with lots of 5-10 minute sessions that help you stretch and engage your muscles. It does not contain ads. No profile or subscription is needed to use it. The authors built this as an alternative because they were tired of all the "free" stretching apps with ads and ability to do only a single routine a day.
As many of us here, I sit too much in my chair during the day and I'm trying to stretch more often and strengthen my back/core muscles.
There are a lot of "free" apps out there e.g. Bend that are helpful but I was annoyed with ads and limitations so I built one for myself. Now I use it daily.
The app is simple, you have about 100 routines to pick from and you can even build your own from existing exercises. Each routine comes with simple images, a link to a Youtube video and a timer. There are a lot of 5 minute routines that are perfect for a short break during work.
There are no accounts and the app works offline. Feedback appreciated!
