You get 13 training plans plus a new four-week programme every month, a workout log that remembers your last session, a muscle map that fills in as you log sets, a Food Diary/Calorie Calculator with over 52,000 foods (including UK supermarket brands), 225 recipes labelled for allergens, a gym finder and monthly challenges.
Why we built it: we got fed up of juggling one app for the plan, another for food and a notes page for weights, most of them stuffed with ads. We wanted one tidy place that works on the gym floor, opens like an app from your home screen, and never shows you an advert.
Pricing, nice and simple: £79 a year, or £9.99 a month on a 12-month plan (£119.88 in total). All taxes included and nothing inside costs extra. We also have a limited number of free-week places, with no card needed. Each one ends by itself after 7 days and you're never charged. If you want to carry on after that, there's a £49 first-year offer on the yearly plan.
