Hi everyone 👋I built this because converting embroidery machine files is still surprisingly painful. Most tools are old desktop software or clunky sites that convert your file blindly — and half the time the thread colors get messed up or you have no idea what you're actually getting until you load it on the machine.So I made a simple browser-based converter for the common formats — DST, PES, JEF, EXP and VP3. A few things I focused on:
Live stitch preview — you see the actual design and stitch paths before and after converting, not just a filename.
Editable thread palette — change and check colors right in the browser.
No sign-up, runs in your browser — just drop a file and go.
One honest note: this converts between embroidery formats (repacking existing stitch data). It does not turn images into stitches (digitizing) — that's a whole different beast and out of scope on purpose.It's an early version, so I'd genuinely love feedback from people who work with these files: Which format pairs do you convert most often?
