💡 What inspired it
I'd already built TubeMailer, a Chrome extension that finds the emails YouTube creators publish. While using LinkedIn, I kept seeing the same thing: posts saying "we're hiring, send your CV to jobs@…" and bios saying "reach me at …". The emails were right there, but collecting them meant scrolling, copying, and pasting one by one.
🎯 The problem
Getting a reply on LinkedIn is hard. InMails cost money, connection requests sit unanswered, and job applications vanish into portals. An email to the right person works better, but finding that email is slow. I wanted one search that turns "Recruiter + ReactJS" or "Founder + SaaS" into a list of people with the emails they've shared themselves. Nothing guessed or generated.
🛠 How the approach evolved
• I started with profile search, but posts turned out to be where most emails are shared. Posts became the default search, and it finds emails much faster.
• The first presets were mostly hiring and tech. Early on, I widened them to roles and industries across sales, marketing, real estate, healthcare, and more, so anyone doing outreach can use them.
• Exporting a list wasn't enough, so I added sending from your own Gmail: personalised drafts you review before anything goes out, with send-only access, so it can never read your mail.
• Account safety shaped everything. It runs in your browser on your own LinkedIn session, one request at a time with pauses and a daily limit, and stops on its own if LinkedIn pushes back. The people you find never touch our servers.
Free plan: 5 emails a day, no card. Pro and Business go up to 5,000 a month.
