A customizable workspace built into your Mac's notch
Meet Dots, a customizable workspace built into your Mac's notch. Most notch apps focus on music and notifications. Dots goes further by helping you access your favorite apps, websites, and shortcuts without constantly switching windows. Watch videos while working, take scrolling screenshots, use voice commands, and more. Whether you're studying, coding, or creating, Dots adapts to your workflow. Free to get started. No subscriptions.
Dots is built to solve different everyday pain points, not just be another notch music player. Whether it's keeping videos accessible while working, capturing long pages, launching apps with voice commands, or bringing your own tools and Shortcuts into one space, the idea is to let users build a workspace around their needs. Not everyone has the same workflow, and that's exactly why we made Dots customizable.

Who hunted Dots?
Dots was hunted by Jakob Edhel Puri. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
