DobroDesk is an AI support inbox for email, website chat and in-app support. This relaunch focuses on two things we have shipped since our first launch.
Mobile SDK 0.2.0 brings the support conversation into iOS and Android apps, with Flutter, React Native, Capacitor and NativeScript support.
Configured actions can guide a customer through an order or booking in chat: collect the required details, show the exact result, ask for confirmation and run the connected provider action. If a teammate needs to take over, the conversation keeps its history and collected details.
The current plan is EUR 19/month for 300 accepted conversations, unlimited teammates, AI and 3 active automations. Each started package of 1,000 additional accepted conversations is EUR 24. Help Center is EUR 19/site/month.
