dForms
Open-source forms that score and route your leads
dForms is an open-source form builder for teams that sell. Build multi-step forms with logic in your own brand, score every answer, and send each lead to the right outcome: a thank-you message, a redirect, or a calendar to book a call on the spot (HubSpot Meetings or Calendly). Every lead goes to HubSpot or any webhook, with retries, and you see exactly where people drop off. Free to use, MIT licensed, and you can self-host it.
Hi Product Hunt! I'm Josue, one of the makers and developer of dForms.
We started dForms to run the demo-booking forms at Dapta. We wanted forms that do more than collect answers: ask the right questions, score every answer, and send each lead where it belongs, without stitching three tools together.
What you can do with it:
- Build multi-step forms with logic, in your own brand
- Score each answer and route every lead to an outcome: a message, a redirect, or a calendar to book a call right away (HubSpot Meetings or Calendly)
- Send every lead to HubSpot or any webhook, with retries
- See where people drop off, question by question
It's free, and the whole thing is open source under MIT, so you can also self-host it.
We'd love your feedback: what would make you switch from the form tool you use today?

Who hunted dForms?
dForms was hunted by Josue Hernandez. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
