CV Craft
Truthful CV tailoring with granular diff-by-diff review
Tailor your CV to job postings without AI hallucinations. Review every edit and keyword change individually, track your applications, and export clean, ATS-ready PDF and DOCX files. Tailor your CV to a job description, review suggested edits, and download the result.
I built CV Craft out of personal frustration while job hunting.
Whenever I tried using existing AI resume builders, two things drove me crazy:
Hallucinations: They’d invent job titles, certifications, or tools I had never touched just to force a match with the job description.
All-or-nothing rewrites: They’d turn my entire CV into robotic corporate buzzwords, giving me no control over individual edits.
I wanted something surgical, honest, and fast—so I created CV Craft around three principles:
Zero fake experience: The tailoring engine is strictly instructed never to fabricate skills, tools, or seniority. It only emphasizes and rephrases real experience already present in your base CV.
Diff-by-diff control: You review every single suggestion (keywords, bullet points, phrasing) and can accept, edit, or reject each one individually.
ATS-clean exports & tracking: Instant export to clean, single-column PDF or DOCX without weird formatting glitches. Plus, it automatically saves the tailored version alongside the original job description so you actually remember what you sent when an interview gets scheduled.
Try it out: You can test the entire flow right away with the one-click sample run on cv-craft.de—no sign-up or credit card required. Both English and German are supported.
I’d love your honest feedback:
How does the diff-by-diff review feel compared to other tools you've tried?
What’s your biggest bottleneck when adapting applications right now?
I'll be hanging out here all day to answer questions and take notes on feature requests!
