Creator OS
Gamify your YouTube workflow and ship more videos
Creator OS turns YouTube production into a progression system. Move videos from idea to upload, complete missions, earn XP, level up, run focused seasons, and review your progress. Instead of another generic task manager, it is built around the actual workflow of creators who want to stop abandoning projects and consistently ship.
I built Creator OS because I kept seeing the same problem with creators: ideas were rarely the bottleneck. Finishing was.
You can have 50 video ideas, a Notion board full of plans, and all the analytics in the world, but none of that matters if projects keep dying somewhere between idea, script, filming and editing.
I wanted the process itself to feel more motivating, so I started treating YouTube production more like a game.
Creator OS turns your workflow into visible progression: projects move through the production process, completed work earns XP, levels show progress, seasons create focus, and daily reviews help you keep momentum.
The goal is simple: make creating feel less like managing a to-do list and more like progressing through a game you actually want to keep playing.
Would love to hear what part of the YouTube workflow you struggle with most.
