Cordially Wed
The wedding app your guests never have to download.
Wedding planning eats your phone: 11 group chats, a guest spreadsheet, sticky notes. Cordially gives every guest an Apple/Google Wallet pass with venue, timing, and table — updates push to their lock screen live. WhatsApp + SMS broadcasts work for international guests (+1, +44, +91). Multi-day events (sangeet, ceremony, reception) in one workspace. $29 one-time per wedding. No subscription, no per-guest fees, no guest cap. 3 days free, no card. Built for the day that costs more than a car.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
Every demo I ran for Cordially Wed (our B2B platform for wedding planners) ended the same way: the planner would show their couple the wallet pass flow, and the couple would ask "wait, can I just buy this for our wedding?"
So we built it. couples.cordiallywed.com is the same infrastructure, packaged for the couple instead of the planner.
What $29 actually gets you:
🎟️ Apple + Google Wallet passes for every guest — venue, timing, table number, dietary notes. Updates push to their lock screen the second plans change. No app to download, no QR code to scan, no "did you get my text?"
💬 WhatsApp + SMS from one inbox — works for international guests out of the box (+1, +44, +91, anywhere). Replies thread back so you're not juggling 4 phone numbers across 3 apps.
🪑 Multi-day event support — sangeet, mehndi, ceremony, reception, brunch — all in one workspace with different guest lists per event. This is the one every competitor falls over on, and it's the reason I started building this in the first place (my own wedding is a 4-day Hindu wedding in November and nothing on the market handled it).
📋 The boring stuff, done right — seating chart, RSVP forms, guest lists, scheduled broadcasts, dietary tracking.
Why $29 once, not a subscription:
Your wedding is one day. Or four, if you're South Asian like me. Charging monthly is absurd. The closest competitor (WedTexts) is $195+ and SMS-only. We took the $499–$749 planner product, stripped out the CRM and proposals, and priced it at the cost of two boutonnieres.
3 days free, 5 trial SMS, no credit card — you can try the wallet pass on your own phone in under 60 seconds before deciding anything.
Genuinely would love feedback on two things:
1. The landing page — does the wallet pass demo land, or does it feel gimmicky?
2. The pass design itself — what would make you trust this enough to use it for your wedding (or your sister's, or your best friend's)?
