Clip Architect
A free AI short‑video studio that runs on your machine.
Clip Architect is a free Windows desktop build of the open-source MoneyPrinterTurbo. Upstream is a Python web app you start from a terminal; this is one program you install and open. Type a subject. A model you chose writes the script and the footage keywords, stock video or your own files supply the picture, a voice narrates, and FFmpeg cuts the clips to that voice with subtitles burned in. Every clip can be swapped before rendering. Nothing uploads, queues or gets watermarked. Free, GPL-3.0.
I built this because I liked MoneyPrinterTurbo enough to want more from it.
The pipeline is the same idea: a model writes the script, stock footage or your own files supply the picture, a voice narrates, and the subtitles are burned in. What I worked on is everything around that.
It installs in a few clicks - one Windows program, no Docker, no terminal, no server to start.
And the clips are yours to arrange. Before rendering begins you see everything that was downloaded, reorder it, and replace any single clip that does not fit the script.
Windows only, free under GPL-3.0. Full credit to harry0703 for the original - this is an independent desktop build of it, not an official one. Happy to answer anything.

Who hunted Clip Architect?
Clip Architect was hunted by Di Flowrin. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
