We built Clinrow because a clinic’s morning falls apart at the front desk. Patients keep asking “what’s my number?”, the receptionist repeats it, and the doctor’s cabin still does not know who is actually next. Paper tokens and a shared register do not survive once two doctors are seeing patients at once.
The problem we set out to solve is the outpatient visit itself, not another patient app. The desk issues a token for one cabin. The waiting-room TV calls it. The patient follows the same number on WhatsApp, from the clinic’s own number. The doctor writes the prescription on that visit, and the bill stays on the same record. Patients install nothing.
The approach got simpler as we sat with how a clinic actually opens. Setup is one person, the doctor list, and the front-desk phone: about 20 minutes for the account, then half an hour before the first real patient. WhatsApp can be connected after the queue and the TV are already running, so day one does not depend on a Meta popup. A 14-day trial, with no card, is long enough for one real OPD week. Most clinics with two to six doctors should start on Polyclinic Pro. A single doctor does not need to pay for empty cabins.
