I built Cleara because the NHS leaves 600,000 dependent drinkers waiting months for help.
The problem:
- Naltrexone (a £3 pill with 80% success rates) is under-prescribed
- GPs face prescribing barriers
- Private demand is exploding while public services stall
What Cleara does:
- Online screening → clinician consult → medication delivery → coaching
- Sinclair Method / TSM approach with naltrexone
