I built Clarity One because I kept experiencing something I could not find a name for.
Not depression. Not anxiety exactly. Just — too many thoughts competing at once with no clear way out. Every night my brain would run a full audit. Unpaid things. Unsaid things. Plans I never started. Something I said in 2017. All of it at 3am for no reason.
I tried journaling. Hated it. Meditation apps. Could not do it. Productivity systems. Nothing touched the specific feeling of too many tabs open with no clear exit.
The only thing that ever worked was one specific friend who would listen to all the noise and quietly say — here is what is actually going on, and here is one thing to do tomorrow. That feeling of chaos handed back as one clear thought. I had never found it anywhere else.
So I built that.
