I got inspired to build this by doing research to fix my terrible sleep habits and exhausting mornings. I fall in the wolf category and have struggled with early mornings all my life. I started doing extensive research, and with the help of my friend, who is a doctor, I finally managed to fix my sleep. Now I think I can fix a problem that everyone who has trouble sleeping/waking up/focusing and everything else that comes with a lack of sleep
