I built ChangeVisible because I kept starting "photo a day" projects and kept losing them across camera rolls, cloud albums, and abandoned apps. I wanted one place where slow change becomes visible.
A few things I cared about while building it:
📷 One photo per day, per project, which is the constraint is the feature. It keeps the habit light and the time-lapse honest.
🔒 Local-first, really. There's no account and no backend. Your photos never leave your phone unless you export them.
🎬 Time-lapse export, plus a shareable calendar image, so your days of effort turns into something you can actually show people.
It's live on iOS now, with Android in testing. I'd love to hear what you'd track with it, and any feedback on what to build next. I'll be here all day answering questions!
