Bypass - Executive
Get hired through people, not applications
Bypass gets you hired through referrals instead of applications: a target company list, the named people who fill the role, and a script for every message. 15 minutes a day. 15% off every plan until 15 oct with code PRODUCTHUNT15.
Hi Product Hunt,
I hate job hunting, and so do you. It's extremely unpredictable and works on intermittent reinforcement to keep you hooked to the `apply` button. It's why we've spent the last 4 years on making job hunting predictable. What we've built and scrapped: job boards with 10M job posts, different resume layouts, ats optimizers, resume keyword munchers, resume pixel tracking, job application bots. All of this, built by hand, before AI got any good at coding.
The usual job hunt runs through the application pile. A workday form that wants your cv retyped, an ats filtering on keywords, then nothing. Referred candidates get hired at roughly 30%, against about 7% from other sources. bypass is built on that gap.
How it works:
- pick the companies worth your time, or we build that list with you
- find the people inside who fill the role, by name
- a prompt writes the message for each person. the browser extension reads their linkedin profile and fills the prompt in for you
- send, in a 15-minute daily session
Plans designed for your availability:
- Freshie is $299 and you run the method yourself, and for issues, I'm a text away.
- Professional is $999 and adds a company list built with you, plus 1:1s whenever you stall.
- Executive is $2,500 and we do the networking completely. It also carries a 5% fee on first-year base, owed only if a company on your dashboard hires you.
People are so used to the `apply` button that anything slightly less familiar gets thrown out of the window. So to get them out of their shell, we give refund guarantees:
- On freshie and professional, message a hundred people the method picks over four months. If no offer comes of it, we refund you, minus our payment processor's fee. Whether they reply isn't one of the conditions. You just have to follow the method.
- On executive it's 10 interviews at 10 companies in four months, or a tenth of what you paid back for each one short.
15% off every plan with code `PRODUCTHUNT15` until 15 October. Type it in the promo field on the whop checkout.
I'm in the comments all day, minus the sleep. Ask me anything about the method, including why it might not work for you.
