Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm the solo dev behind Brush Nooli — a free browser cat game that accidentally became the world's most passive-aggressive friendship test.
The idea was simple: brush a sleeping ginger cat, feel calm, have a nice two minutes. No login, no install. Just open it and go.
I spent a long time on the small stuff — Nooli's breathing animation, how her fur reacts to brush speed, the audio layering that makes everything feel a little too peaceful. Then I added the wake-up moment. Six versions of it. The current one makes people feel like it was genuinely their fault.
It has since been used to prank coworkers, partners, and one grandparent who I heard from directly.
