BizyClock
Simple, Reliable Time Tracking for Small Business
Simple, reliable time tracking for small businesses. Clock in/out, manage jobs, approve timesheets, and run payroll reports.
BizyClock was born out of pure frustration.
I run a small business that uses subcontractors to do most of the work. Our work is split 50/50 between in-office engineering and field installation. Getting time sheets submitted by Monday morning always felt like root canal. The constant nagging didn't feel right. We had a very simple Google Sheet template that we used to track our time. It was slow, it was error-prone, and it was costing me money.
So we built the thing I wished existed.
The problem: Time tracking apps either assume everybody sits at a desk, or they are bundled with project management or accounting apps. All we wanted was to lower the barrier to tracking time—and if logging hours takes more than a few seconds, it doesn't happen.
Our approach: Make clocking in stupidly easy, wherever your people are:
- 📱 Phone — clock in from the field in two taps
- 💻 Web browser — for anyone at a desk
- 🖥️ Kiosk tablet — mount it on the shop floor, team member punches in on their way past
Same hours, one place, no chasing.
We'd love your feedback — especially if you've ever had to text someone "hey, can you send me your hours?" for the fifth time. 🙃
