Birdora

A calm app to help you notice birds around you

Birdora is a calm, beautifully designed app that helps you discover birds in a simple, natural way. Instead of memorizing, you collect birds like cards. Each one becomes part of your own growing world. Every bird comes to life through real video — not just a static image, but a moment you can recognize in the wild. No ads. No pressure. No noise. Just a quiet way to notice what has always been around you.

Hi everyone 👋 This started with a simple question: “What bird is that?” We realized we hear and see birds every day, but most of us don’t actually notice them. So instead of building another encyclopedia, we tried something different. We made Birdora — a calm app where you collect birds like cards. No pressure, no ads, just small moments of discovery. One thing that turned out to matter a lot: every bird includes real video. Seeing how it moves and behaves makes it much easier to recognize it outside. It’s a small thing, but it changes how you look at the world around you. Would love your feedback 🙏

Who hunted Birdora?

Birdora was hunted by Robert Pech. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
