BazaDomu
Multilingual property search in Czechia, Slovakia and Poland
Unlike traditional property portals, BazaDomu translates the actual listing content, not just the interface, into five languages. For faster discovery, it offers a dating-app-style swipe interface for browsing and saving properties. Users can save detailed filters as subscriptions and receive email or Telegram digests when matching listings appear. BazaDomu also extracts key property details and locations from listing text, making properties easier to filter, compare and find on the map.

I built BazaDomu after dealing with property search across Czechia, Slovakia and Poland myself. Translating a page is easy once you’ve found it. Finding the right listings when you don’t know the language or local real estate terms is much harder. It’s also difficult to scan descriptions when key details are buried in the text, remember which listings you already rejected or liked, understand the exact location beyond a city or ZIP code, and quickly sort results on mobile. BazaDomu started as a multilingual property aggregator. While building it, I added structured data extraction, better location detection, saved searches and swipe-based browsing to solve those problems.
