Greenhouse accepts a resume up to 100 MB but won't parse anything over 2.5 MB. A heavy PDF uploads fine, then reaches the recruiter as an empty record. Nothing warns you.
Quiet failures like that are why I built ATSPrep. We launched the checker here in July. Since then it has become a full resume studio.
What it does: - Shows the text a parser pulls out of your resume, so jumbled columns and lost contact details are visible - Puts a note on each weak line saying what's missing - Matches each requirement in a job post to the line that proves it, and flags the ones nothing covers - Rewrites with AI using only your facts. If a line needs a number, it asks for yours - Runs a short mock interview out loud with Pip, then scores it - Tracks your applications, and drafts cover and resignation letters
