Atlas

A calm sidebar browser for Windows

Atlas is a free, calm, Arc-style browser for Windows: vertical tabs in a sidebar, Spaces, a Ctrl+T command bar, split view, Peek previews, reader mode, a built-in ad + popup blocker, tab sleep, full-page translate, per-site Boosts (your own colors, fonts, CSS/JS), sidebar media controls, a download sorter and a local stats page. Chrome extensions install straight from the Web Store. Chromium (Electron) under the hood, in-app updates. Not code-signed yet, so Windows shows a SmartScreen warning.

Top comment

Hi everyone! I wanted Arc/Zen on Windows without the clutter, so I built Atlas. It's a calm sidebar browser: vertical tabs, Spaces, a Ctrl+T command bar, split view, reader mode, a built-in ad + popup blocker, tab sleep, and Chrome extensions straight from the Web Store. Free. Honest notes: it's Chromium (Electron) under the hood and not code-signed yet, so Windows will show a SmartScreen warning on install. Just shipped 1.7 with Boosts (restyle any site), full-page translate, sidebar media controls, a download auto-sorter and a local stats page. Feedback very welcome, especially on what feels off or what you'd want next.

Who hunted Atlas?

Atlas was hunted by Atlas. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
