We're a small team building Apprentice Atlas because we believe finding your first apprenticeship shouldn't feel harder than finding your first job.
Today's career platforms are designed for experienced professionals, not for teenagers who are just leaving school. Endless lists, corporate language, and complicated filters make the process overwhelming.
So we asked ourselves: What if discovering your future career felt more like exploring a map than searching a spreadsheet?
Apprentice Atlas combines an interactive map with AI powered explanations to help students understand careers, compare opportunities, and discover apprenticeships nearby in a way that actually makes sense.
We built the first version during OpenAI Build Week using GPT 5.6, and this is only the beginning. We'd love to hear your feedback, feature ideas, and honest criticism. Every comment helps us build something that can genuinely improve how young people start their careers.
