Hey Product Hunt! I'm Nemanja, maker of ApexApi.
I was building AI products and kept hitting the same wall: every provider wants its own account, its own key, its own SDK, its own billing. Adding a new model meant another integration. Comparing models meant rewriting code.
So I built one gateway. You point the OpenAI SDK at our base URL, and one key gets you 138 models from 21 makers, for text, images, video and audio. Credits are pay per call, no subscription. If a provider goes down, routing fails over automatically.
It has been live in production since June, with real paying usage. Works as a drop-in in Cursor and any OpenAI-compatible client, plus an MCP server so agents can use it directly.
