Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Jérémy, a self-taught developer from France, and AlertFlix is my first solo product launch. 🎉
The problem: like many people, I realized I was paying for 4 streaming services… but only really watching 1. The others were just quietly draining my bank account every month. I'd forget about them, then feel guilty when I noticed the charge.
The solution: AlertFlix tracks the movies and series you actually watch and pings you when a subscription has gone unused. No spreadsheet, no manual logging — just a clear signal: "you're paying for X but haven't watched anything on it in 30 days." Then you decide.
A few things I focused on:
📱 Native iOS + Android apps (built with React Native)
♿ Accessibility from day one — usable by everyone, on any device
🔒 No bank connection required, your data stays yours
This is a personal project I built around my studies at 42 and freelance work. Feedback, bug reports, feature ideas — all very welcome. I'll be answering comments all day! ☕
