Hey everyone — I’m Sankirth, and I built Aira. Aira is a free Mac teleprompter that sits just below your camera, stays out of screen sharing and recordings, and supports local speech recognition for voice-activated scrolling. I started building it because most of the teleprompter tools I tried were paid, had clunky setup, or threw security warnings on first launch. I wanted something that felt simple, native to macOS, and easy to trust. It’s still early, so I’d genuinely love feedback — whether that’s about the product itself, the workflow, missing features, or anything that feels unclear.
