Quick backstory: the three of us were at Coinbase, Microsoft, and Bloomberg — different companies, identical complaint: PRs sitting unreviewed for days while everyone pretended not to notice. The reviewer gets a GitHub notification. They open it, see 900 changed lines, and close the tab. We got tired of waiting for a fix and built one.
The problem 👀
AI writes code way faster than humans can review it. So:
- PR queues jumped from ~3/week to 7–10/week per engineer - 1 in 5 reviewers admit they just rubber-stamp now - The GitHub diff UI is from 2008. Truly. - Bot comments pile up. Backlogs grow. Nobody's having fun. - Writing isn't the bottleneck anymore. Reviewing is.
